6. How can I transfer money between accounts? [Top of Page]
County Bank offers many different channelds for accessing your account. Money can be transferred between your accounts through NetTeller, TeleBank, or in person at any branch office. Other methods such as BillPay and wire services give you the capability of transferring money to other parties, such as creditors.
7. Can I pay my bills online? [Top of Page]
All types of payments can be made through our BillPay services. County Bank offers a free three month trial period so that you can see how easy and quick paying your bills can become. Learn more about BillPay.
8. How do I sign-up for NetTeller online banking or BillPay? [Top of Page]
The NetTeller Agreement and Application are available on our site and at each branch location. To sign up, simply complete the application and return it to us in person, by mail or by fax. Once received, a login ID and password will be assigned and forwarded to you in two separate mailings for added security. If you sign up for both services, a second ID and password will be required for BillPay, again, for even greater account security. IDs and passwords are typically mailed within 24 hours of receipt.
9. Can I open a County Bank account online? [Top of Page]
Currently you can apply for a County Bank savings account or certificate of deposit online.
10. Do you have Overdraft Protection? [Top of Page]
County Bank offers two different types of overdraft protection. The first, County Cash Reserve, is a line of credit that is established for you based on credit approval. The second is a savings or checking overdraft account, which basically links your checking account with another deposit account which is only debited if your account becomes overdrawn. As a community bank, all of our branch managers have a community budget which is used at their discretion to assist organizations and clubs with various worthy projects. If you are interested in seeking a donation or a grant, please contact your local branch manager.
