  1. How do I submit my resume?
    Attach your resume along with your profile by logging into your Candidate Profile.
  2. How should I format my resume?
    We don’t require that you format your resume. The resume that you submit with your Candidate Profile will be maintained in our database in its original format.
  3. How often is the County Bank Careers database update?
    Our database of current opportunities is updated in real time. Therefore, as soon as an opportunity becomes available, it will be accessible via our website.
  4. If I submit a Candidate Profile and/or resume for a specific position, will I be considered for other positions?
    Yes! Your profile and resume will be maintained in our database and be accessible by our recruiters.
  5. How often can I update my profile?
    Once your profile is created, you will be able to access your profile at any time. If there is a change in your personal information, skills or employment history, you can easily update your Candidate Profile.
  6. How can I tell what positions I qualify for?
    To learn if your qualifications match our open positions, search our Career Database and read about the specific qualifications required for each position.

  8. Does County Bank have a policy on hiring relatives of current Team Members?
    Persons who are married to, or marry, another Team Member of County Bank; are the parent, child or sibling of another Team Member; or reside in a shared living arrangement with another Team Member generally are not eligible for employment in a position or assignment in the same department, division, or facility where the personal relationship could result in a supervision, safety, security, or morale condition that is unacceptable to management.
